Check the calendar on the website for soup specials like wild roast duck and smoked salmon chowder, and yaupon espresso specials like sweet potato spice and Boon Boona blend. Then visit the cafe in the historic Georgetown neighborhood for breakfast or lunch Monday through Friday. Come between 9 and 11 to avoid lines.

Visit 5 different businesses participating in this program and on spending the specified minimum (details on the website), guests can earn unique stamps from each business. The first 10 participants to fill up all the squares on their cards can email us a photo of their completed card. They will be invited, with a +1, to a private gala hosted by chefs and owners of various independent businesses in the first quarter of 2025.

The cards are free to obtain and can be picked up at any of the businesses that are participating in the initial pilot round of this program.

Jude’s is a worker-owned and operated bar and restaurant. As a whole, we are interested in the question of what it means to make and serve Cajun / Creole food in Seattle. From the classics (Grits Plate, Dirty Rice, Po’ Boy, etc) to inventive seasonal menu items (Succotash Salad, Cajun Eggplant Dip) to specials (Lamb Ragu, Pork Chop w/ rice pilaf & pickled cantaloupe), our kitchen produces top-notch food. While we serve all local breweries and fun / interesting wine, our bar is known primarily for cocktails: seasonally appropriate, inventive, and classically inspired. To understand what it means to serve Cajun / Creole food, however, is not simply seeing how the flavors synonymous with New Orleans work in Seattle, but also standing in solidarity with the oppressed peoples who resist their oppression and who, through food and hospitality, develop the communities of resistance and resilience. In Italian, imperfetta means imperfect, not flawed. Our small wine shop is located on the Burke-Gilman Trail along the canal, just a few steps west from the main bustle of Fremont. We’re rooted in celebrating the authenticity of nature and handmade things...like natural wine!

My philosophy goes something like this: let Mother Nature do her thing and celebrate what she gives you; don’t be greedy and don’t foul it with a bunch of extra crap and manipulation. I am not a Sommelier. I’m simply on a journey to absorb and share as much knowledge (and wine!) as I can in the hopes that others will appreciate, and enjoy it, as much as I do.

I also curate a playful monthly wine club, details can be found on my website. The shop is open Wed-Sun 12-7pm with daily wine tastings (sorry kids, no minors allowed).
